As soon as we have received your application, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt. The Talent Acquisition Team will then check the application for quality and completeness. In consultation with the respective specialist department, a first shortlist of candidates is drawn up. We make sure that we look at all applications carefully and thank you for your understanding that this may take a few days before you receive a response.
3. telephone interview
You have impressed us with your application. The next step is a 30-minute introductory interview to discuss your application in more detail. The aim of the interview is to find out more about your experience, what you are looking for as the next step in your career and what the job profile is for. Open questions can be clarified promptly and essential information can be provided by us.
4. getting to know each other personally
In the next step, we plan a personal meeting with the functional superior and HR on site. We would like to find out together whether applicants and companies like each other. That is why we ensure open communication and a mutual acquaintance during this 60-minute interview.
5. interview with Case Study
After an initial interview that is positive for both sides, the second interview will take place shortly afterwards, during which you will have the opportunity to get to know your future working environment as well as your colleagues and superiors. In addition to a possible case study and a discussion of contractual conditions, this interview can be used to clarify any questions that may still be open.

7. contract & commitment
We provide you with prompt feedback and usually contact you by telephone to discuss further procedures in the recruitment process with you personally. You will then receive a digital contract for review and signature.

As soon as we have received the signed contract, we will start our onboarding process. This way you will always be kept up to date about your first day of work and introduction at Feldschlösschen. On your first working day there will be an introductory event where you will get to know the company, your workplace and your future employees.
